This innovative non-profit serves as the master subdivision developer of the Tierra Contenta neighborhood. They sell lots to both non-profit and commercial development groups. In exchange for favorably prices home lots, developers voluntarily agree to provide at least 30% as affordable units. To date, Tierra Contenta has produced over 1000 units of affordable housing.
